Britney Spears is officially on the fast track to her happy ending! After a seven-month whirlwind romance with Iranian model Sam Asghari — which has seen the couple canoodling in the front row of fashion shows, cozying up on sushi and hiking dates and stealing away to a $30 million rental for Valentine’s Day — sources close to Brit are buzzing that the photogenic lovers could be already married, and even expecting a baby! “It might seem crazy after such a short time, but everyone in her life says they’ve never seen her this happy,” says an insider, who adds that an April getaway to Hawaii may have been the backdrop for an elopement. Though her rep denies the story, the source notes,“Getting married secretly is just the sort of stunt she’d pull. Only now she’s in a stable place emotionally.”

During nearly two decades of pop stardom, Britney, 35, has made her share of hasty decisions. From her quickie (and swiftly annulled) Vegas wedding to childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004 to her 2007 impromptu head-shaving, the “Clumsy” singer has famously made some impetuous moves. After her dad,
