Love heart lollipops
MAKES 6-8
INGREDIENTS
(You will need a silicone mould and paper lolly sticks)
- 200g of the chocolate of your choice (dark or milk)
- A couple of drops of natural raspberry essence (to taste)
- 3 tbsp freeze-dried raspberry pieces
1. Break up the chocolate and place it in a clean, dry, heatproof bowl.
2. Place the bowl on top of a saucepan of simmering water (but don't let it touch the water) and allow the chocolate to melt gently.
3. Once it's melted, stir in the raspberry essence until fully combined.
4. Sprinkle a pinch of the freeze-dried raspberry pieces into the silicone moulds and add the lolly sticks.
5. Remove the chocolate from the heat and carefully pour into the moulds.
6. Place in the fridge to set for 1 hour.
7. Once set, gently remove from the silicone moulds and serve.
