QUEEN ELIZABETH has snubbed Tom Cruise’s request for a private chat, insiders said — and it’s got the snobby superstar’s nose out of joint!

The Scientology poster boy got the bright idea to drop in on the British royal while filming the latest “Mission: Impossible” movies using London as a base, sources told The National ENQUIRER.

But the 94-year-old monarch — who at five-foot-four is one of the few people that the five-foot-seven actor could look down on — is far from starstruck, according to insiders.

“Tom’s people contacted Buckingham Palace about arranging an audience with the queen,” tattled a source.

“Tom is a huge royal fan. He got up early while in the U.S. to watch Meghan’s marriage to Prince Harry and he’d love to visit the queen in private for a chat.

“But so far, no one from the palace has responded.
