Jen: Dumping Mates For New Man?

She’s besotted with her new director beau and that means she’s not returning everyone’s calls.

We’ve all had a friend who starts dating someone new and suddenly she’s not answering your WhatsApp messages, she’s flaking on your nights out and before you know it it’s been months since you’ve seen her.

Well, we’re a little worried about Jennifer Lawrence, 26, because the actress seems to be switching up her inner circle for her new director love interest, 47-year-old Darren Aronofsky.

‘It’s very clear she wants to impress him,’ says an insider who was on set with the star. ‘He’s a very serious guy. He’s 20 years older than her and that's made a huge difference.’

One noticeable absence in Jen’s life is comedienne Amy Schumer, 35, who’s been close mates with the actress since they met in 2015. Jen revealed: ‘I emailed [Amy] after I saw Trainwreck and said: “I don’t know where to get started. I guess I should just say it: ‘I’m in love with you.’” We started emailing and then emailing turned to texting.’
