MADCAP Madonna threw a wild, weeklong 62nd birthday bash for herself in Jamaica — and brought along a boatload of weed!

The pop singer shared smokin’ snaps of herself holding a tray of marijuana, a joint dangling from her lips, along with images of fire-spitting dancers on a lush beach.

Along for the raucous ride were toyboy boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams, 25, her eldest daughter, Lourdes, 23, adopted children David and Mercy, both 14, and seven-year-old twins Estere and Stelle.
