Arvind Envisol, devising solutions for a sustainable future

Among all the innovations explored and implemented in the industry, the need of the hour is devising solutions that would enable companies to become sustainable along with being profitable and responsible as they grow. The textile industry has always been witness to ground-breaking developments whenever a need has occurred. And catering to their environmental need, Arvind Ltd. installed their first zero discharge effluent treatment plant for its facility in 1997. Continuing on the learnings of this venture, Arvind Envisol was launched in 2012.

As one of the strongest players in the industry and a technology-driven entity, the leaders at Arvind Envisol were able to identify inefficiencies in technology and, with their research and development and innovations, bridged the gap between necessity and solutions. The company started by providing solutions through its patented, Mechanical Vapour Recompression (MVR) technology that aims to tackle corrosion, scaling and cost issues. The technology has not only proved efficient but is implemented at the lowest possible cost, globally. The company now provides 100% effluent treatment facility for textile plants.

It also has an upper hand in providing these solutions to sectors like pharmaceuticals, metal and food and beverage. Additionally, Arvind Envisol represents Hydranautics, a US-based supplier of process designed membranes that make the task of zero liquid discharge attainable. Arvind Envisol also has in-house MBR manufacturing facility in association with the world’s leading technology provider, Memstar. With the aid of such latest technologies, the company provides a complete range of solutions for effluent treatment and recycling. Overall, these help in saving power, reduce carbon footprints, and lower the customer’s cost.
