The cloud technology has come 10 years ago in India. The cloud has become the center for all the other technologies. Now, many companies are facing challenges in managing the cloud. Technologies have given freedom to the banks, but managing that freedom is a task. There are multicloud views, but how can we get single view of multiple clouds is the question for BFSI companies. So, banks should invest in a management tool. There is also RBI compliance issue. Newly launched payments bank Paytm is an example of using digitalization in an effective way.
