Motorcycling. One word with many definitions. For some, it is about the speed, for others it is about living on the edge, for many others it a tool to see the world. Then there are those who use their workhorses day in and day out for commuting. A few take great pride in having every part of the machine shining all spick and span, while others like to get their hands dirty as they DIY. This is the story of a super-subset of diehard motorcyclists who take the term ‘Do It Yourself’ to a whole new level.

Riddhesh Vyas a motorcyclist from Rajkot in Gujarat likes to do things himself. Clearly! He built an entire motorcycle from the ground up, without the help of an engineering degree, much less an education from an elite engineering college of the country. What did help him though was his vast experience working with metal and his keen attention to detail when he checked out production motorcycles.
