When Adan Liepner from Prince Albert in the Western Cape first saw the band ZZ TOP’s car collection, he fell in love with classics and his dream of owning a garage full of classics and hot rods began.

His 1972 Ford Ranchero that was recently restored by Coastal Customs is just the beginning of his dream car collection. Adan has started collecting cars from all over. His collection included a Morris Minor, 1960’s Ford Cortina, Citroen DS 21, Ford Galaxie and a Ford Fairlane to name but a few.
He decided to sell six project cars to a friend in Johannesburg and his friend coincidently had this 1972 Ford V8 Ranchero that was for sale and it became part of the deal.
