KalpaTharu - April 2022

KalpaTharu is a monthly e-magazine published by KalpaTharu Consulting since January 2021. It was initiated to share knowledge with professionals. ‘If you have the knowledge, let others light their candles in it’ as quoted by Margaret Fuller.

The magazine covers a wide variety of topics around Communications, Leadership, Empathy, Project Management, Agile, People Management, Career Management, Team Management and many more topics around management.

The target audience for the magazine is predominantly working professionals, freelancers and entrepreneurs, nevertheless students can read to expand their knowledge on management.

We have consciously included Thirukkural, a Tamil couplet in every magazine to share the masterpiece on management which is common and acceptable by all.

Our authors are from different fields and industries like Learning & Development, Technology, IT industry, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Life Coaches etc., Our authors who have extensive experience in their fields have shared their valuable knowledge in capsules to benefit the learning community.
