Travel to Wellness - Fall/Winter 2014

Covering the wellness travel niche since 2004, Travel to Wellness is a travel magazine catering to the wellness-minded and those who want to be. What is “wellness travel?” We like to think of it as a river fed by two streams: one stream represents those of us who already live a wellness lifestyle and want to continue to incorporate elements of that lifestyle into our travels whether they be for business or pleasure. The other stream represents those who want to use time away from the everyday to maintain, promote or kick start a healthy lifestyle. When planned with intention we call this a “wellness vacation.” And, yes, wellness travel can be fun!

We cover all the aspects of the travel niche - including wellness resorts and retreats, fitness adventures, spas, yoga, treatments and therapies from around the world, and food – the root of wellness. We also take a look at wellness everyday topics such as health, beauty and anti-aging, plus bring you information on products and services that help make your travels more convenient or less stressful.
