We live in a beautiful, yet agitated world. Every day, as we move through our lives, we are flooded with images that potentially stir our minds and affect how we think and feel. Millions are in pain right now from profound lack – not just lack of the basics such as food, water and shelter, but lack of fundamental goodness, such as kindness, respect and love.In these intense times, it is more important than ever to feed your mind, heart and soul with that which makes you the most patient, kind, wise and loving person possible, to help ease the suffering in the world.
