VinFast is expanding its electric vehicle lineup in the Philippines with the launch of the VF MPV 7, a fully electric seven-seater designed to meet the needs of modern Filipino families. The new model marks the third international market for the VF MPV 7 and further strengthens the Vietnamese automaker's growing local presence as it pushes to make electric mobility more accessible in the country.

Positioned as a practical yet premium people mover, the VF MPV 7 targets buyers looking to transition from traditional gasoline-powered MPVs to a more sustainable mobility solution without sacrificing interior space, performance, or everyday usability. With MPVs accounting for nearly 20 percent of automotive sales in the Philippines, the segment remains one of the country's most competitive family vehicle categories.

Spacious MPV Layout

The VF MPV 7 measures 4,740 x 1,872 x 1,734mm and rides on a 2,840mm wheelbase, dimensions that give it a substantial road presence while maximizing interior room. VinFast says the vehicle was developed around the "golden ratio" commonly associated with MPV design, with the wheels pushed toward the corners to create a more spacious and practical cabin layout.
