Sluggishness in market in the wake of slight interest rate hike

A slight increase in interest rates created a somewhat sluggish stock market yesterday among most prospective investors, market analysts said.
The All Share Price Index went down by 19.58 points while the S and P SL20 rose by 2.5 points. Turnover stood at Rs 1.07 billion with three crossings. Those crossings were: WindForce 2.5 million shares crossed to the tune of Rs 100 million; its shares traded at Rs 40, CCS 250,000 shares crossed to the tune of Rs 33.5 million; its shares traded at Rs 134 and Singhe Hospitals 1.04 million shares crossed for Rs 25 million; its sh
