Toko, from Japan, spent the eye-watering sum transforming himself into a Lassie-style collie.
He uploads videos of his bizarre escapades, explaining: “I became a rough collie because I wanted to be an animal.”
His latest video, on the channel called I Want To Be An Animal, shows him walking on all fours into a huge dog cage.
