The leading jump jockey was issued with the suspension and forfeited her riding fee after the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board intervened after stewards at Kilbeggan took no action on May 12.

Blackmore had kicked clear in the straight on 10-1 chance Lady Rita and eased down as they crossed the line when there was another lap of the race to complete.
