But the 39-year-old told the Comfort Eating podcast how she started gorging again within a few days of the release of the DVD, which sold over 100,000 copies in the first month.
She said: "I was very overweight and they approached me and said, 'Listen, we're going to give you &pound;100,000, we're going to get you really fit, you're going to lose four stone.
"I was like, 'Happy days, I'll have a go.... I'm ready for it. I wasn't at work and thought 'that's a lot of money. But, it wasn't the right thing to do. You are losing a lot of weight in a three-month period.
"Really low calories and just training every day with a trainer. As soon as that DVD came out, that was it- I ate for England. I put it all back on again in about eight weeks."
Natalie said the 15-week filming process was "miserable". She added: "You just don't go out, you have no social life. You can't go out to eat. Miserable time."
