AN ISLAND off the end of the Mull of Kintyre has just gone on the market for a cool £2.5million.

Sanda Island has been owned by Swiss businessman Michi Meier since 2010 but is now up for sale.

It lies off the end of the Mull of Kintyre, immortalised in the 1977 hit by Paul McCartney and his band, Wings, and 15 miles from High Park farm, which he bought in the 60s and still owns.
