WE’LL stick our necks out and say Ted Lasso actress Ellie Taylor probably dances better than a baby giraffe...
But the 38-year-old comedian reckons she has a lot to learn as she becomes the latest to join the line-up for this year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
She said: “At the moment I’m focusing on the excitement and glitter, and choosing to ignore the fact that I have the dancing ability of a newly born giraffe. Bring it on!”
She said she was over the moon to be unveiled yesterday on ITV’S Lorraine as the ninth star confirmed for the 20th series of the BBC1 show.
She added: “I’ve watched the show for years, so to take to the dancefloor is a dream come true for me and Mum, who is a Strictly superfan.”
