Kevin took part in the Rob Burrow Marathon in Leeds and beamed with pride as he received his medal from Rob's daughters Macy, 11, and Maya, eight.
Rob, 41, wife Lindsey and their children posed with Kevin at Headingley stadium where the two men played for Leeds Rhinos before Rob was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in 2019.
Kevin, 43, who has raised millions for MND charities, said: "It was a great day. This event is all about friendship, spirit, camaraderie, kinship, and that is what we got.
"Last year was really special and this year it was great to see Rob's family at the finishing line again."
