Yas Island is a delightful place to just spend a well-planned weekend.
FOR THOSE who are keen on skydiving but are a little hesitant, well then, indoor skydiving is your best option. You'll get to fly around in an indoor flight chamber, with a width of 34 feet and a height of 104 feet.
Don't worry, there's an instructor at your side at all times and nothing will happen to you. Just make sure to remember the basic hand signals, take off all personal belongings such as rings, necklace or earrings as that might just fly off.
This was my first time ever at skydiving and it was a truly exhilarating experience, considering I am terrified of heights.
In the first attempt, we stayed rather low as the instructor allowed us to get used to just floating in the air. In the second and third, we are taken higher in the air. I had a very supportive instructor to guide and encourage me, just in case I started panicking which I did, without doubt. After I finished my turn, I just watched awestruck, the professionals flying and almost doing ballet steps in the flight chamber.
