CALLUM HOLE 'IM THE NEW KING NEW OF TV'

Two months ago, Callum Hole was a virtual television unknown. But thanks to his hilarious and heartwarming appearance on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!, the 26-year-old Welshman has become a huge and in-demand celebrity - and has the offers of TV work flooding in to prove it!

"It's been mental," an exuberant Callum exclusively tells New Idea when he comes to our studio for an interview and photo shoot.

"Since I got home from [filming in South Africa, the phone has been ringing nonstop." Callum first came to Australia from Swansea in Wales when he was 18 for a gap year.

He loved life Down Under so much he's now settled in Brisbane. After working as a pool cleaner and personal trainer, Callum signed up for the 2022 season of Love Island Australia on a whim.

While that gave Callum his first taste of reality stardom, going on I'm A Celebrity "has changed everything for me," he explains. "I knew my life had turned upside down when I was being mobbed by Aussies at Doha Airport on my way back from South Africa."

The third-place getter adds, "It was then that I realised that people had been watching me and probably laughing at me on I'm A Celebrity." As a result of the laughs Callum brought to camp who can forget his hysterical "there's a rat in here!" Tok Tokkie panic-he now has at least three realitystyle shows lined up for the remainder of 2024.

"I can't tell you what they are exactly yet, but they're exciting and will open up a lot of doors for me," he says teasingly.

Some fans have speculated Callum might be taking part in Aussie Shore. The local version of hit shows Jersey Shore and Geordie Shore is currently filming in Cairns.

Others have suggested Callum would be the perfect person to one day reboot Network Ten's The Bachelor franchise, which is currently being rested.
