Launched by American celebrity Chef David Myers, Adrift Kaya New Delhi is a modern Japanese sushi restaurant, and offers an unforgettable culinary experience. The influences of a traditional Japanese izakaya (bar) can be seen throughout the space. The decor, the texture of the indigo-dyed hardwood flooring and hand-made beading curtaining, and intentionally-crafted soundscape provide an all-encompassing experience for the senses. The restaurant features a 360-degree bar, an open kitchen, and a sushi bar.
