SCIENCE fiction’s ruthless robocops are real and ready to be released on the crime-ravaged streets of San Francisco — with newly authorized shoot-to-kill orders!

After a heated debate, city authorities approved a policy allowing remote-controlled police robots to use deadly force in life-and-death situations when physical harm to living officers or civilians is “imminent.”

But the new plan — using killer machines based on military combat models — came under immediate fire from critics who likened the project to the 1980s Hollywood blockbuster RoboCop starring Peter Weller as a gun-slinging biomechanical lawman charged with cleaning up Detroit.
