3 x 100g (196m) balls of Stylecraft Special Aran (100% acrylic) in each of Denim (1302) and Cream (1005); 1 ball in Saffron (1081)*. Pair of 4mm (No. 8) knitting needles; a 4.5mm (No. 7) circular knitting needle; stitch marker; two 28 x 12cm pieces of stiff bag canvas; four 12mm bag feet studs; one 108 x 29cm piece and one 30 x 14cm piece in each of fabric and iron-on interfacing; sewing needle and matching sewing thread; pair of handles, 60cm long (Prym Theresa handles in Blue). Yarn is available from theknittingnetwork.co.uk.
TENSION
18 stitches and 19 rounds, to 10 x 10cm, over stocking stitch, using 4.5mm circular needle.
