That percentage is small and highlights the importance of seeking out and using apps that are developed by women. CEO Julia Hartz, along with her husband, co-founded this popular event management and ticketing website in 2006 and launched the app in 2014. Eventbrite provides you with a list of events that are happening in your area. You can save favorite events and even purchase tickets right in the app. A neat thing about Eventbrite app is that it replaces paper tickets by allowing you to use your iPhone to enter events.
