A surf and turf showdown every Saturday

We’re hardly the first to pit turf against surf, but Catch at St. Regis hopes to make it the best fight yet. On a steamy Saturday night, we headed for St. Regis, cruised past the small crowd at the Catch bar and were ushered to our seats for the big showdown: wagyu vs sushi.

We were quickly brought an icy welcome drink that was as beautiful as it was refreshing. The elixir’s floral yuzu aroma paired with passionfruit started the evening on a high note.
