A private dining experience without the need for a kitchen, let chef Jeremy Gillon surprise with a unique build-yourown-adventure meal ($60+ per person). Choose a protein and vegetable then trust the one-starred Michelin chef to come up with a French-Alps inspired dish that’s served with creamy polenta and salad. Complete it with an appetizer such as pumpkin soup or lentil salad, country terrine or a salad then a dessert the likes of lemon tart, teurgoule or dark chocolate brownie-cake ($30+). Alternatively, go for specials including Rabbit Liver ($36+), Veal Tongue ($68+), or Whole Brittany Pigeon ($98+) depending on the week.
