Bethenny Frankel gave up on happily ever after with Jason Hoppy a long time ago. Now, she just wants her ex-husband to leave her alone.
The Skinnygirl mogul and the pharmaceutical sales executive, both 46, married in 2010, split in 2012 and, after a bitter fight for custody of their daughter, Bryn, now 7, finalized their divorce in July 2016. But that fall, Jason allegedly began peppering Bethenny with more than 160 abusive emails, text messages and even FaceTime calls, calling her “ugly, old and irrelevant” and warning her that he would “never go away.” It all came to a head on Jan. 27, when, after allegedly confronting Bethenny outside the Manhattan school Bryn attends, Jason was arrested and charged with two counts of harassment and one of stalking .
