HER STORY
Born and brought up in Bahrain, 30-year-old Jacqueline Fernandez has come a long way. From studying Mass Communication in Australia and working as a reporter in Sri Lanka to winning a beauty pageant and attaining a strong place in Bollywood, she’s left no stone unturned to achieve what she has today. “All of this doesn’t come easy. You have to be consistent. With hard work, however, success will eventually come to you,” says Jacqueline, who is currently shooting in Miami, US, with her co-actor Sidharth Malhotra. Her latest movies up for release are Dishoom and A Flying Jatt. She has also entered the list of actresses who have made it to Hollywood. “It’s exciting to be a part of world cinema. Playing different characters and exploring genres allows me to experience and enjoy variety,” she says.
FITNESS QUOTIENT
Jacqueline loves Pilates. Her daily exercise routine comprises a mix of cardio, Pilates and weight-training to strengthen her body.
