The Parental Guidance star opens up about her struggle with body image

Standing in front of a mirror with her daughters for this week’s episode of Parental Guidance brought back some painful memories for Sofia Dimi.

“When I was younger, I had a hard time looking at magazines and seeing all the blonde, blue-eyed, skinny girls,” shares Sofia, 42. “Here I was, this European girl with fluffy hair, thighs and hips. When I was at school and was teased about my legs, that just intensified everything.”
