Last week, as Meghan, Duchess of Sussex preened for the cameras in New York, it appeared she couldn’t have been happier with the way her life is unfolding.

After all, all eyes were on her and husband Prince Harry as they made a special appearance in front of the United Nations special assembly, before enjoying a sumptuous meal at Robert De Niro’s Locanda Verde restaurant.

Sadly for Meghan, her husband isn’t quite so skilled an actor, with onlookers noting that he veered between anxiety and anger throughout their visit to the Big Apple. Woman’s Day understands the reason for his emotional outburst was a recent right royal dressing down from his grandmother, the Queen, after the release of a salacious book about the Sussexes by fearsome British investigative journalist Tom Bower.
