Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne's three children are “rallying around” their grieving mum as the matriarch continues to mourn the loss of her beloved Ozzy while also dealing with the stress of the crippling debt he left behind.

Insiders have revealed the Black Sabbath rocker's final days were spent trying to dig his family out of the financial black hole they were in, which includes an almost $8 million tax bill he and Sharon owed.

'NO MONEY COMING IN'

“He was in serious debt towards the end when he was dying and it’s clear Ozzy was determined to work hard so he could get his family as much money as possible, which makes it so tragic,” a source tells Woman’s Day of his final weeks, which saw the “frail” musician perform for the final time with his band in Birmingham.

“A lot of people worry he pushed himself too far doing the last show, but he had his reasons, especially with the debts they racked up. Now, Sharon has to pick up the pieces and figure out what they have and settle accounts.”
