From Love Islander to Loose Woman, Olivia Attwood has had quite the transformation since she first appeared on our screens on the ITV dating show back in 2017.

But how did she go from single party girl to one of TV’s most recognised and well-respected faces? ‘I’ve gone from being the ultimate wild child to being one of the most reliable, predictable people in my family and social circle, which is quite an evolution,’ she says, explaining, ‘I said to myself, “OK, being a reckless party girl is fun, but there are things I want to achieve, and I’m not going to achieve them if I keep d***ing around.”’
