The Loose Women star on her fluctuating weight and why she's taken drastic action

We’re used to seeing the Loose Women open up about their personal lives, but Coleen Nolan looked visibly shocked when co-star Kaye Adams asked her about her weight live on air. ‘So, where are you at then? Because you go up and down…’ journalist Kaye asked Coleen as they discussed Victoria Beckham’s comments about it being old-fashioned to strive to be thin.

Coleen, 57, was initially taken aback by Kaye’s question, stating, ‘Alright, Kaye!’ – but proceeded to open up. ‘Every season is like a different me. I’ve done everything. And I always ended up being back to where I was at the beginning,’ Coleen explained. ‘Since it’s been about health, I’ve dropped a lot of weight. I don’t ever count calories – it’s not a diet, it’s about health.’
