Kate on finding love again

The last five years have been unimaginable for Kate Garraway. In January 2024, she tragically lost her husband Derek Draper following his four-year battle with complications of Covid-19.

Now, after a 'reset moment' while filming Celebrity Traitors, which allowed 'quite a lot of grief to come out', the GMB star is trying to rebuild her life. In a new interview, Kate, 58, revealed that she is considering grief therapy. She explained, '[Until recently] I've been in shock and focusing on the children and everything else. But I've realised I'm not allowing myself to process.'
