Christmas baked camembert

SERVES 4 PREP + COOK TIME 15 MINUTES

Who's ready for the ULTIMATE Christmas party starter? This baked camembert is gooey, golden, and full of festive cheer. It's so easy to make in the air fryer and the combo of honey, garlic, and crunchy chilli takes it to the next level. Perfect for dipping crusty bread or crackers into while sipping a cheeky glass of bubbles.

1 x 200g camembert

¼ cup (90g) honey

1 clove garlic, crushed

2 teaspoons crispy chilli oil

1 Make crisscross cuts about 1cm deep into the top of your camembert (careful not to cut through the edges) and pop the cheese into a small air fryer-safe serving dish.

2 Mix the honey and garlic together, then pour over your cheese.

3 Air fry at 200°C for 10 minutes until melty and golden.

4 Drizzle over the crispy chilli oil and serve straight away with crackers of your choice.
