WAKE UP... I open my eyes around 7am. I have a bad habit of checking my emails on my phone before I get out of bed. Because I often work with people overseas, there's usually a small mountain of things to attend to that have come in through the night. On weekends, I enjoy a morning swim. I like ocean swimming in the summer and will do a few kilometres with a great bunch of people off one of Auckland's North Shore beaches. In the winter, we move to a pool as I'm not crazy!
