Born and bred, British national Juliette Burrows came to Asia for the very first time two decades ago.

She fell head over heels in love with the vibrancy, hospitality and lifestyle the region offered. If you'd had asked her if she would live on the sun-shiny shores of Koh Samui less than ten years later, she wouldn't have believed you. Yet here she is, running one of the island's most prestigious wedding planning firms. Juliette is the alchemist's answer to wedding planners and makes time to lie in a hammock.

With experience in the United Kingdom's exacting hospitality industry and two young children in tow, the beginning of Weddings on Samui unexpectedly and organically started with Juliette arranging a couple of close friends' weddings in Koh Samui. At the time, juggling two children and a full-time job just wasn't feasible, but as the children grew, so did Weddings on Samui. She's built some formidable relationships with her suppliers and continues to use them and work seamlessly together.
