It is within this complex environment that One SG Technologies comes into being, based on deep insight into the structural and technological gaps that prevent seamless communication across hospitals, diagnostic networks, insurers, and national platforms. Although formally incorporated in 2024 under the Registrar of Companies, Pune, the company's conceptual roots go back decades through extensive experience of the founder in healthcare IT. A biomedical engineer trained at IIT, he started his first startup focused on imaging in the year 2000 and later led a landmark three-way merger that resulted in one of the first consolidated health IT companies in India. After its acquisition by European investors and the digital transition catalyzed by COVID-19, he reaffirmed the need for a unified, lifelong 'womb-to-tomb' health record ecosystem.
