WHAT ARE SUPER APPS?

Coined in 2010 by Blackberry founder Mike Laraidis, super apps are defined as an “ecosystem of apps that customers could use as a part of their life thanks to the seamless, integrated, and efficient experience.” Basically, the term super apps refers to mobile applications that provide multiple services, features, and accessibility in one platform, while the primary application retains its main functionality.

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT IN A SUPER APP?

• Courier service that allows users to send and receive orders and packages on the same day.

• Ride-hailing service that makes our daily commutes more accessible and more comfortable, with different vehicle options such as sedans, SUVs, and motorcycles.
