VOLVO XC40 RECHARGE AND HYUNDAI IONIQ 5

- Pratik Ghone

FUN WAS NEVER THIS CALM!

Natural fuel prices are skyrocketing, and then comes the EV revolution. While ICE cars remain immortal to the fun element, there are many dull engines and dull gear ratios. Nothing dull about the duo we drove. Meet the Hyundai Ioniq 5, an engineering marvel of car design and space, and one of the sportiest EVS in the Indian market, the Volvo XC 40 Recharge. The future of mobility is inevitably electric. These cars are some of the best cars, around INR 50L. Hyundai Ioniq 5 is an RWD drift machine in the right hands, and a sleeper performance AWD EV based on its ICE sibling, the Volvo XC40 Recharge brings insane torque at all motor RPMs. Both these cars offer great value propositions considering the package they bring to the roads. India is inching towards electricity as an alternative fuel, and the infrastructure is increasing rapidly compared to other alternative fuels of the past. This brings efficient driving pleasures and loads of features, unlike any ICE car in the market. Let's check out both these engineering marvels and their competency.

DELL XPS 14 9440 A PREMIUM COMPANION FOR EVERYDAY HUSTLE

As a tech editor juggling video editing, writing, and endless Zoom calls, I upgraded to the Dell XPS 14 9440 back in April. With its Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, and a speedy 1TB NVMe SSD, it promised power and portability. Priced at a premium, it arrived in sleek packaging that felt high-end. After months of use from coffee shop sessions to late-night renders, here's my honest take.

EFFICIENCY IN WORK AND PLAY

A great monitor enhances productivity and entertainment. For work, a high-resolution display with accurate colors and ergonomic adjustments reduces eye strain and supports multitasking. Multiple ports help streamline device connections. For gaming, it needs high frame rates, low response times, and vibrant visuals. The BenQ MOBIUZ EX271Q features a 27-inch QHD IPS panel, a 180Hz refresh rate, and AI-driven visual enhancements. But does it provide the versatility and performance for both work and play?
