The worst thing about home printing is the cost of the cartridges. Whatever brand you buy, you have to choose between expensive ink cartridges and messy refills. Thankfully, there's now a new option; HP's Smart Tank system. Instead of cartridges, the printer has inbuilt tanks which you refill from disposable bottles. It's easy, far cheaper and a lot better for the environment.
