Ajay Gupta, Country Manager, India Netskope, shares insights on Go to Market strategies
What is Netskope’s go-to-market strategy in India for promoting its cybersecurity solutions? Are there any specific sectors or industries that Netskope is targeting?
Netskope is fully relying on channels and alliances in India. This partner strategy has been the foundation of our growth over the years, and we are not deviating from it. That doesn’t mean that we are not hands-on, and the Netskope team is usually involved with customers at every stage from the consideration phase to ensuring customer success in the long-term.
But we are finding incredible value in this ecosystem, tapping local and global resellers, integrators or professional services and technology partners and helping keep them dynamic and relevant with security and networking innovation in return.
To maximise engagement we only work with partners willing to be true Netskope experts, and we have invested heavily in building training programmes to ensure that their teams’ knowledge is comparable to Netskope’s. Last year we also launched a program dedicated to MSPs and MSSPs, who are now taking a larger place in our partner’s ecosystem.
