Apple has unveiled CarPlay Ultra, the next evolution of its in-car infotainment platform, marking a significant leap forward in how drivers interact with their cars.

Launched in partnership with Aston Martin, CarPlay Ultra is available for new vehicle orders in the US and Canada, with plans for a global rollout and support for existing models.
A NEW ERASince its debut in 2014, CarPlay has transformed how drivers connect their iPhones to their vehicles, offering a safer and more intuitive way to access navigation, music, messaging, and more without taking their eyes off the road. Over 800 vehicle models worldwide now support CarPlay, a testament to its popularity and seamless integration. CarPlay Ultra builds on this foundation, taking integration to an unprecedented level by extending its reach to every screen in the vehicle, including the instrument cluster. Unlike its predecessor, which primarily focused on the central infotainment display, CarPlay Ultra delivers a cohesive experience across all driverfacing screens.
