This off-season was probably the longest break I've had since I started cycling.

After Paris, when many of my peers took some time out, I continued training reasonably hard to maximise the opportunity to perform at the UCI Track Champions League. So, once the series wrapped, I hopped on a plane to Perth. It had been an intense few months, and I was excited to get back to see family, friends and old training partners, so I took a full three weeks off the bike.
