POCO made me wear the feeling of being a failed clown like a badge of pride

I feel like clowns are one of the things everyone jumps to saying they're scared of when they're younger. There's just something about them which is off-putting when you're so small, and a lot of the time that carries into adulthood resulting in a grimace whenever you see something clown-adjacent. Luckily I was never plagued with the fear of clowns, so Poco, the story of the world's smallest clown, quickly piqued my interest when it popped up on Steam.

After being outcast by the circus, Poco is sent down to a forgotten world littered with random junk and a handful of strange creatures needing help. These creatures, or homunculi as they're referred to in the game, will help you get back to the circus if you complete tasks for them like making paint, growing flowers, and collecting buttons. The challenges are simple enough, but the winding paths of the Under Growth are easy to get lost amongst.
