The town of Stagmarch is subject to a horrifying plague. Most of the townsfolk are dead, but three of the infected have ended up in your clinic, each bearing different symptoms of an illness that, if left unchecked, may cause them to transform into monsters. Never mind that there is no permanent cure, and forget about the fact that the previous doctor died in mysterious circumstances. It's time to save some lives.
