West Leeds industrial site to become new housing scheme

A former industrial site in west Leeds looks set to be turned into homes after early plans were agreed with the council.

The former home of Pudsey Plant Hire in Lumby Lane will become nine new homes if the scheme is given the go-ahead by the local authority.

Leeds City Council gave outline planning permission, which gives consent in principle, for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site following receipt of a planning officer’s report.
