M John Henry pays tribute to 'industrial' music of his home

Lanarkshire is probably known for two things - its industrial heritage, and its rich array of musical talent.

Actually, make that three, the footballing trinity of Shankly, Stein and Busby coming from the collieries.

Anyway, famous musical names include Jesus and Mary Chain, Aztec Camera, The Bluebells, and even Midge Ure.

And soon you could another act to that - M John Henry.

However, the singer-songwriter is no new face - former frontman of indie act De Rosa, who made four classic albums and were radio regulars back in the days of the John Peel Show.
